Classes are focused on breath-initiated movement, bringing mindfulness while exploring the union of breath and body, both on and off the mat. A welcoming feeling of kindness and an invitation to deep self-care are offered.
I have explored movement and health my entire life, with a background including over 30 years in health care fields. I owned a health food store, am a certified nutritionist, classical homeopath and also have many years of training in tai chi, dance, ballet and gymnastics.
My passion is guiding people into their bodies, utilizing the breath accompanied by the movement of asana.
I currently offer a Gentle Flow class via zoom Monday morning from 10-11am (Mountain time). Purchase classes below and a link will be sent to you each Sunday prior to the class. And, I am also teaching live, in studio classes again, in Boulder County, Colorado.
